We accept the following methods of payment:
Orders received by 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, 3:00 pm Central Time and 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday will generally be shipped on the same day.
We ship most orders by UPS and offer a flat shipping charge of just $6.50 for ground delivery*. However, we do offer faster shipping options that may reflect extra shipping costs:
* Orders that contain drinks, liquid soaps, bath salts, ect., and/or if the weight is over 3 lbs. you will be charged actual shipping charges based on weight. A quote will be sent to you via e-mail for your approval before shipment. We will cancel your order if approval is not accepted for additional shipping charges within 24 hours.
Shipment within the 48 continental United States is eligible for the standard delivery charge of just $6.50. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air are also available to the continental States. Charges for next Day Air are about $30.00 and $15.00 for 2nd Day Air.These are estimates that give us approval to ship your order out as soon as possible. If the actual shipping charges are less, you will be billed the exact amount only. If the shipping charges are more than the estimate we will contact you via email.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands will be sent via U.S. Postal Service’s Priority Mail. You will be charged the actual shipping charge plus insurance. The minimum charge is $9.50. We do not guarantee delivery time to these areas.
All military deliveries (APO and FPO addresses) will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service’s Priority Mail. This can take anywhere from one to eight weeks. We have no way to speed up delivery time. You will be billed actual shipping charges plus any insurance fees. The U.S. postal Service has no way of tracking military orders so we can not guarantee delivery time.
Please note that we process your order as soon as it is received. After you placed your order it is very difficult to make changes. Please look it over before it is processed. Orders that need ice packs will only ship on Mondays.
Shipping prices to Canada are anywhere from $20.00 to $30.00 for 4-10 lbs. If the shipping cost is more we will contact you. Canadian Customs requires extra documents and you can not order a product(s) that is over a 90 day period of use. If the label says “one tablet a day” and there are 90 tabs in the bottle, then you can only order 1 bottle. There are also a number of items that are not allowed to be imported, please check with Canadian Customs.
All international orders must be prepaid by wire transfer (no credit cards). Wire transfers are charged an additional $5.00 US international service charge. Rates vary depending on the weight. Please email us to receive a quote. Customers take all responsibility for the cost incurred in delivery including freight, insurance, duties and any other fees that may apply. Do not order items that are illegal to import to your country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if you country permits shipment of our products into your country. All shipments are marked as “FOOD SUPPLEMENTS, PERSONAL USE ONLY, NOT FOR RESALE”. If a package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive it back, we will not issue you a refund. If returned to us in perfect condition after being seized by customs, we will credit you the cost of the products less a 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We will charge a fee of $10.00 for shipments that are incorrectly addressed due to customer error and have to be re-routed back to us. If you elect to cancel your order after it is shipped and it is returned to us intact, you will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. If the package is lost because of an incorrect address due to customer error the Natural Web Store is not responsible. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS FOR ACCURACY. All shipments have a tracking number and we use that in determining whether or not a package was delivered. When you place an order with us you agree to use the tracking number as a final determinant. If the tracking number shows that the package was not delivered to you then it is will our responsibility to send out a replacement. If the tracking number shows that it was delivered to you we will not be liable. Also, please be aware that it is up to the delivery driver to leave your package without a signature.
We regularly stock every item that we carry and we make every attempt to maintain our inventory. However, occasionally we may run out of certain products. When this does happen we will contact you via e-mail and give you the choice of canceling the out of stock items or holding the shipment until your entire order is available.
DAMAGES AND ERRORS
Merchandise that arrives damaged during shipment or any errors on your order must be reported to us with in 24 hours. Please keep all packaging materials and original box(s) as we may have to call the shipping company for a visual inspection. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damage or send out a replacement.
You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any products. Merchandise must be returned at your expense and products must be unopened and in perfect condition to receive credit. If we sell nutrition bars or drinks in a full case, they must be returned in a full case. We do not accept returns on a product that does not taste good to you. Please sample it at a local store in your area. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. A full credit will be issued for unopened products that are returned with in 15 days of your receipt of shipment. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for products returned after 15 days. No returns after 30 days.
IMPORTANT: No returns on nutritional bars, candy or products that are perishable or need refrigeration. During the hot summer months or anytime the temperature is above 70 degrees we recommend you select the Next Day Air or 2nd Day option. For heat sensitive products we also offer frozen ice packs at an additional $1.50 each. Please add one frozen ice pack for every 4 perishable items. (1 box of chocolates = 1 item, or a 70 piece of chocolate = 1 item). You are responsible for adding warm weather packing to your order and choosing the appropriate shipping method. Please remember that if you are not home for delivery, leave instructions for the carrier to leave your package(s) in a cool area, or at a neighbor’s house. You do not want your package(s) sitting in extreme temperatures over the weekend.
